wine charm tutorial

{Disclaimer: I’m not much of a wine drinker} But I just couldn’t pass up the chance to create and personalize some wine charms to use for gift giving and entertaining. My inspiration came at work when I realized the charms we sell are nothing more than some beads and charms on an earring hoop. Hello?!? I could totally do that! Thus began my search for some earring hoops. I ended up finding a good price for these on Etsy. From there I started collecting beads and charms for each set. You could either distinguish glasses by different color beads or different charms. With the amount of beads and charms available to purchase these days the possibilities really are endless. With those simple items you are just a step away from making some super cute  and personalized wine charms.

Here’s a video tutorial that describes the process.

You can keep them for yourself or gift them. Whether on their own or paired with a bottle of  wine or some glasses these would make a great gift that is both creative and affordable. They are also a great idea to use for weddings, showers or party favors. As for me, I’m going to use them for all of the above and even for everyday when drinking lemonade out of my fancy glasses… I swear they make it taste better! {wink}

By the way, if you’re interested in purchasing my charms rather than making your own, you can buy them here in my Etsy Store.
